Warranties, Terms and Conditions
Sniper Pro Shop provides no warranties either stated or implied other than those expressly indicated by the specific product warranty statement. Sniper Pro Shop will repair or replace any SPS manufactured product at our discretion found to be defective in manufacturing. The buyer/user of SPS products assumes all liabilities associated with the use and/or misuse of the SPS product. The buyer purchases and utilizes SPS brand tactical equipment at his/her own risk. All products sold by SPS that are manufactured by other companies are subject to that company’s manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).
Payment for SPS products purchased online is made through PayPal. SPS assumes no liability for fraud or online theft of the buyer’s information. The buyer is encouraged to register with PayPal and to maintain current protective software.
All orders will be shipped within 24 (business hours) of confirmation of payment via PayPal. Customer will be notified of backorders or other shipping problems via email.
All custom Kydex orders will require prepayment for execution and will be subject to the SPS Custom Kydex shop’s workload. Stock Kydex products will usually be maintained in stock ready for shipment. No refunds will be made for Custom Kydex orders.
Shipping Charges: SPS will ship standard orders via USPS, so a receivable mail address is necessary.
SPS reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and will provide appropriate refund/credit to the customer as appropriate.
